The ruins of an historic outbuilding make a perfect outdoor seating area with luxury rattan sofas and soft cushions. A huge sun canopy hangs overhead with atmospheric up-lights available as the sun sets.

The whole enjoys a south-facing panorama over the lands of the Bathurst Estate and rings with birdsong. Enjoy breakfast here on a sunny morning and you may just find yourself staying all day!
